The project uses pretreatment, reverse osmosis, ultrapure water purification, and downstream treatment technologies to produce high-purity water. The treatment process significantly reduces conductive substances in the water while also removing colloidal matter, dissolved gases, and organic compounds that are not readily ionized to very low levels.
